  • 1/4″ Nut Driver
  • Needle Nose Pliers

Steps

0:00 | Introduction

0:20 | Step 1: Remove the two screws securing the control housing and pull out the housing from the unit.

0:29 | Step 2: Locate controller and remove the connections, taking note of their locations.

0:40 | Step 3: Remove clips holding in the controller and pull the controller out of the mounting hole. Discard the old controller.

0:50 | Step 4: Insert the new controller into the existing mounting hole and secure using the clips removed from Step 3.

1:01 | Step 5: Reinstall the controller connections removed in Step 2.

1:19 | Step 6: Reinstall the control housing and secure it with the screws removed in Step 1.

1:31 | Step 7: Restore power to the unit and test for operationality. Return the unit to service.
