  • Small Flat Blade Screwdriver
  • Digital Temperature Sensor

Steps

0:00 Power on unit and set standard operating temperature. Once thermostat has cycled, insert sensor into cabinet. Compare reading to both thermostat and thermometer

If the internal temperature is HOTTER than the reading on the thermostat

0:40 | Step 1 – Remove the thermostat knob by pulling it outward.

0:45 | Step 2 – Insert the screwdriver into the thermostat stem and turn the set screw CLOCKWISE a 1/4 turn. (this should lower the temperature by approximately 10°F)

0:53 | Step 3 – Wait 15-20 minutes for the updated thermometer reading. If the reading is still off, continue to adjust until the correct temperature is achieved.

1:04 | Step 4 – Once reading on the sensor, thermometer, and thermostat align, reinstall the knob and return the unit to service.

If the internal temperature is COLDER than the reading on the thermostat

1:18 | Step 1 – Remove the thermostat knob by pulling it outward.

1:24 | Step 2 – Insert the screwdriver into the thermostat stem and turn the set screw COUNTER-CLOCKWISE a 1/4 turn. (this should raise the temperature by approximately 10°F)

1:30 | Step 3 – Wait 15-20 minutes for the updated thermometer reading. If the reading is still off, continue to adjust until the correct temperature is achieved.

1:40 | Step 4 – Once reading on the sensor, thermometer, and thermostat align, reinstall the knob and return the unit to service.
